Hostel

Reservations can be made by telephone or email, the reservation should always be confirmed by paying the first night of the stay in advance within 5 days of the booking. If you wish to receive a written confirmation from us email us at reception@klubbensborg.se when the payment is made, we will respond when we receive the payment. Payment of remaining nights is done on arrival. Larger groups pay 25% of the total amount as an advance payment and the remaning amount 2 weeks prior to arrival.

In order to stay at the hostel, you must be 18 years of age or be accompanied by a parent/guardian or the leader of the youth group.

Cancellations for individuals, families or small groups can be made up to 2 days before arrival, and refunded except for a 100 SEK administrative fee. If you cancel later or during the stay there is no refund.

For larger parties and groups, you can cancel up to 12 weeks prior to arrival at a cost of 500 SEK. If canceled 6-12 weeks prior to arrival the advance payment is not refunded . If you cancel 2 to 6 weeks before arrival you will be charged 50% of the agreed price and later than 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of the agreed price.

Pension and hotel rooms

For stays shorter than 7 days cancellations can be made up to 7 days before arrival and the advance payment will be repaid except for a 100 SEK administrative fee. If you cancel later or during the stay there is no refund.

For stays longer than 6 days you can cancel up to 12 weeks prior to arrival at a cost of 500 SEK. If canceled 6-12 weeks prior to arrival the advance payment is not refunded . If you cancel 2 to 6 weeks before arrival you will be charged 50% of the agreed price and later than 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of the agreed price.

Camping

Payment of the remaining nights is done at arrival. The advance payment is not refunded for cancelations later than 2 days before arrival. If cancelation is done before that repayment of the advance payment will be done, except for a 100 SEK administrative fee. Cancelations during the stay are not refunded.

In order to stay at our camping you must be 18 years of age or be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
